I think I know how to make PVR over NFS for ES series. The oNly problem is that it will require an USB drive attached to TV with 2GB minimum size. that leads me to a question. shouldn't we go back to SamyGO on USB solution as it was on C and D series?

I think this uses skype autostart function to start samygo extensions on every tv start.

To make skype running again, perhaps we can rename files of skype widget and install it from a widget-server as a new user-widget.

Will be testing today PVR over NFS on UE50ES6300.
Everything seems to be easy and should be done by the same instruction as for C and D series.
The only difference what I can see is that it will require small change in 02_04_vusb.init.remi71 and pvrimage on USB flash attached to TV.

DO NOT REPLACE rcSGO and use remi71 files already installed on your TV

If someone wants to test it now here is the needed change.

This is a disaster.
I am making changes in only 3-4 files, hookup USB drive to TV, turn tv on and widget already stops working. I have to reinstall it.
If someone could please explain me how are some things done there. because i am already tired braking my TV and listening to my wife that i will brake it soon because of my experiments.
who or what is placing those .cm00012 .cmdb files to an attached flash drive? what are those files?
Why is it looking for NFS exports on my windows laptop connected to the same router? (is that the reason why autostart fails? - server and mount point hardcoded in 03_03_nfsmount.init seems solving this problem
as long as i boot TV with attached USB Drive widget stop working - i have to reinstall it.
I do not remember such complications with the C and D series.
As long as I understand /mtd/rwarea/start.sh option is not an option anymore, am I right?

OK, guys, you have to re-install widget, name is hardcoded and must be SamyGO. Rename previously downloaded SamyGOE.zip to SamyGO.zip and reinstall it to TV.

Edit: If you don`t get it working anyway, use original widget by mamaich to get root, download files connect trough ftp to /mtd_rwcommon/moip/engines/Skype/ and replace.

Someone Has to work a little bit on the widget and autostart scripts.
Why do we have there
ifconfig lo 127.0.0.1 in etc/init.d/01_01_catch_crap.init
when we have it already in (originally on TV itself)
in /etc/Scripts/network_init.sh
