Just a status update.
I did recheck everything once more, and it turned out that my problem was that I did misread the wiki.
I did try to create an account and was writing 'developer', instead of 'develop' as a user name.
Writing it exactly as in the wiki worked, and then I was able to enter the IP adress and download the SamyGo extension.
Now after a hard reboot (pulling the power plug for a minute or two) my HT-D6750W finally have a running FTP server, as well as some other services are enabled as well.

Now my next step is to figure out the cinavia thing:)

edit: status update 2, I used the freepatcher posted by juuso (thank you juuso) and followed the wiki to edit that user.sh file. I tested yesterday and now it seems that cinavia is fixed :)

:/ I also have a HT d6750w.... installed the SamyGo extension, but still have not been able to FTP in. Port scanning reveals not a single open port...

Hello all!

I have the HT-D6759W with firmware version 1018.0 and successfully installed samyGOE in the SmartHub. But I get the message:"extensions-pack is nested on this device" and I cannot access the device with FTP. Therefore I wanted to downgrade the firmware. I set the DNS for downgrading the firmware, but I get the resource error 800. I think this is the same hardware as the HT-D6750W.
I need the firmware for B-FIRHTBEUC. And from the first page it reads:
B-FIRHTBEUC_001116 (success: verified)
So why it is not working?
Is it possible to get this firmware as download so I can install it via USB stick?
