Hi all,
When I put certain blu-ray discs in my HT-D5500 and press play, the next message appears on my TV-screen: CANNOT PLAY DISC. DISC DOESNOT MEET SPECIFICATIONS.
According to me this is not a CINAVIA error-message. My latest firmware is: B-FIRHTBEUC 1018.0. The titles that won't play are: THE HOBBIT, MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE GHOST PROTOCOL, THOR, COWBOYS & ALIENS.
The rest of my blu-ray's, Dvd's and CD's all play well! My region is B/2 (blu-ray/DVD). What could be the cause of not playing certain blu-ray discs ?

Firmware for your HT was updated to 1029.0 in August. According to Google, lots of folks had an issue with newer blu rays.
