Why some mkv files is played with NO SYNCHRONIZATION.

Hi.
I have the firmware 1105
Why some mkv files it plays to my ue42f5500 with NO synchronized audio and picture and after i simply pass the same movie file from mkvtoolnix 6.3.0 it plays normally.

This is the characteristics of the movie file BEFORE i pass it with mkvtoolnix 6.3.0

Should be interesting to check cpu and memory load at such movies playback. If TV is rooted, what "top" says?

Really i don't know.

i am a little newbie on that.

All the files it has this syncronization issues i test it to an older model of samsung the le40c653 and played perfect as it played perfect and one extrernal media player(western digital gen2)

So i am absolute sure it is firmware or tv isssue and NOT mkv files problem.

So what i can do?

If you don`t know, then use google or any other search engine.

Yes, if you brick TV

Depends from method you`ve used to get root on TV

Nothing. You have big danger to brick TV and loose your warranty. This is for advanced users only with some linux knowledge. Sorry, this is not for you.

Really hope a firmware upgrade does some fixes. But usually they do another kind of updates. You can contact samsung and inform them about issue, this is definitely related to F series TV.

I know what is android root but i NEVER hear/read root for tv.

And i have F MODEL NOT E so.....

Is there anything else i can do except send email to samsung because this already do it.

How you explain that the same mkv video files to one ue32f550 with firmware 3015.1 it plays normal without anyp syncronization problem and at my ue42f550 with firmware 3015 it plays with syncronizations issues???

I try the EXACTLY SAME MKV VIDEO FILES.....
And i try to update the ue42f550 into 3015.1 but when i search from internet or from usb it shows me that isn't there any newer firmware so it doesn't do anything at all....
