Bluetooth Always Discoverable

Hi all,
Got a F6400. What I've found thats weird is that the Bluetooth is always discoverable when the TV is ON.
I can always scan bluetooth from my phone and I get a device thats called Samsung LED50.

Whats up with that?
Can I disable this?

Because I can even pair this device. Even though the services doesn't seem to be usable.
I would like to switch off this discovable bluetooth.
