Feature Request:
A Checkbox that allows to extract the Video Meta-Data like Time, Lenght, Title, Description to a textfile named like the video

Implemented in version 1.5.3.3 .. Enable it in settings.
Currently works as an addition to a decode-session.

Will be offered as menu-item where you can export meta-data for a number of selected recordings in next version.

I already wrote a little tool which is able to read in "*.ts" files and correspodending "<moviename>_metadata.txt" files to create a little movie database.
See screenshot.
So thanks! Exporting the meta-data very helped me already

I want to expand that tool if i find the time to do so

Currently i can only read in one directory without subfolders and cant edit the metadata - but this features will be included anytime for my own database

When I tried PVR Decoder some weeks ago it worked like a charm with no problems. I remember when I tried it for thie first time after downloading some test recordings, I installed libPVRtoTS.so and libPVRAnyDev.so. And after that I didn't try downloading again. Today I decided to download some recordings and I have the problem like with previous users:

Dropping DRMDecrypt to work-folder.
Unable to retrive 20140112214516.key. No point in continuing copy-process..
Process FAILED somewhere down the road for 20140112214516.srf.
Removing DRMDecrypt from work-folder..
Operation finished .. Waiting for user..

I tried changing permissions via telnet
chmod 755 /mtd_rwcommon/samyGOso
ls -al /mtd_rwcommon

Not working, the same. TV tool working-directory is /mtd_rwcommon.
Problem resists. I tried reinstalling SamyGo widget, the problem is still there. Tool can't access keys for some reason!? Please help. I'm attaching some screenshots.

So keys were already created on USB device, but not in TV? How to force PVR decoder to use them?

Guys, solved my problem, can't be dumb enough..... PLEASE MAKE SURE WORKING DIRECTORY IS EXISTING ON YOUR PC!!!!!
Devs, this tool is awesome and it's doing it's job perfectly! Please add check if working directory exists on PC in next release.

Ok, before I ask anything thx alot @Lordbyte for this handy programm and also thanks @ all SamyGO Members,who created the necessary tools.

Now to the questions
I wonder if it's possible to and commandline support for this programm? Or does this sound like some dumb approach, regarding that the main purpose of this programm is to spare one the hassle with all the small tools and the commandline?
Well I could of course schedule a job, that starts a script that checks if the TVs IP is online, than checks the USB directory for new recordings, copy the files with keys if found and decode it with there.

But all this could be more easy if PVRDecoder would support some simple command line function like "-decode [all files|or some index] -source [sda1|sda2...] -target [local dir if not defined or some target directory]
I think you get the idea. Maybe PVRDecoderalready supports something like that and I was just to stupid to see it, sorry if that is the case

Another request: After "X selected", can you show the total size, like "5 selected, 15.34 GB total"? That would make it easier to see if the files would fit onto the hard disk or not, if you're low on space there.
