Apps from different regions simultaneously?

I know that it's possible to reset the region setting for the Smart Hub and get apps from other regions. But is it somehow possible to get apps from two different regions to work at the same time?

For example, switch the Hub to the UK and download the BBC iPlayer but than switch the Hub again to download some German apps?

Hi, yes this is possible. I use some apps from the Netherlands, Spain and Brazil, but my region is USA

How did you do this? When I switch the country of the Smart Hub, all apps that are not available to the market I've switched to automatically get deleted.

You need to have a look around for this stuff,

do some reading, it depends on your TV so dont follow this guide unless you have a F. But it will give you an idea of how it works
