enter the TV via telnet / ssh than get into /mtd_tlib/swf directory. In this directory you can delete some applications by hand via linux commands. I advice that backup them to USB flash first.

Or enable add/delete in Content Manager by going to service menu Control -> Sub Option -> Wiselink Write and seting value to On
