I have the Smart TV UN40EH5300MXZL (As shown in the label behind the TV - Actually, it also says UN40EH5300M) and i wan to upgrade its firmware, one of the reasons is because some applications are asking me for a new firmware version as long as my current one is not supported or "older".
My current firmware is SWU_T-MST10PIBRC_001020_I04_KS000RS000ES000DS000_131022. I can' remember from which Samsung site i got this, but it was the one i used to update my TV for the first time the past December. I went to other Samsung pages (Sites around the world) and found that my "model" (UN40EH5300) has a new firmware update. USA site is 1036 and UK is 1037, if i recall correctly.
My TV can't find any new updates when i try to uprade Online. And those files i've already downloaded ad placed into an USB are not recognized by the TV. So, i can't uprade ad seems like i am stuck because none of them works. Actually, before the first update via USB, my TV wasn't able to find any new update. Which was not true because i did update to 1020.
Can you please help me out?
