The first two steps are OK:

Install and start Samsung IR -universal remote
Open "My Remote Control 1 (TV)" you will see buttons.

ASAP you start the app, You do not have to use "Remote GUI 1" from menu at the top right corner, neither "My IR REMOTE GUI", nor any other option like "My Remote Control 1 (TV) GUI" which is in light blue color, which brings you to real-remote like view as you have now! Do not use any witch has "GUI" in the name
You have to scroll down and find red labeled My Remote Control 1 (TV) for setup. After you put the hex codes to required places and save, you have to exit setup and now use GUI version.

p.s. found where to set "play" and "pause", so i fixed the "How To" once again, pictures updated.

none, eu_all, eu_italy, eu_africa, eu_israel, nordig, ad_au, cis, cis_ua, eu_only
So I set eu_all...

Edit: btw what about tuner? Currently there is SEC_TCS, shloud I set something else???

If your tv has dvb-t dvb-c dvb-s then leave it as is...
