Installed SamyGO, now big problems. (D7005)

Post by mdlx »

Hello,

My external HDD connected to my UE46D7005 (scandinavian version of d7000) went full this morning. I decided to try SamyGO in order to decrypt protected files and transfer them to my PC. I managed to downgrade the firmware to 1015 via DNS and instaal SamyGO Extensions widget. After this probles started to arise.

First, my CI+ module doesn't work anymore. When I open the TV, I get the CI Menu -dialog (as usual) but it is stuck authenticating. As the authentication never finishes, I am unavailable to watch any pay channels.

Second, there's no longer Netflix. How do I get it back?

Well, the SamyGO app works sort of. I can access my TV with ftp, which is what I want. Problem is, I cannot locate the files saved on the external HDD. In what directory should I be able to find these`?

I also downloaded program called destroi but i have no clue how to use it. All the listing are empty and setting the TV IP does nothing.

I would really appreciate help :) !

I managed to get the Destroi program work so I can now transfer and decrypt files.

When I'm done with transfering and decrypting, I would like get newer firmware so Netflix and CI+ would work. But what would be the best way to do that and which firmware? Before downgrading my firmware I had the latest firmware, so maybe I could just install latest firmware via USB. Then in future I could downgrade again, install sammygo and transfer files.

Currently, I am unavailable deleting any apps in Smart Hub. When I press yellow button (C) for edit mode, I get a never ending "Loading..." dialog. Should I delete something via FTP? Do a factory reset? Both?

I really want my Netflix and pay channels back, so if anyone could help me here abit, I would be most grateful :D

Upgrade the firmware back to latest via USB to get Netflix back.
