Did i miss something to install or paste into the TV? Thanks
And you have created a list of channels (. * Scm file and mirror TvList.xml)?Mido67 wrote:Hello. I m totally noob with software installation...I rooted my 46F6400 i have access ftp, telnet etc... But how this OnlineTV app should be installed? I extracted the archive into a new folder named OnlineTV into mtd_rwcommon/widgets/user but when i launch the app from smarthub it kicks me back to the channel i was watching just before!(no tuner used because i m using a vu+ sat receiver)

The OnlineTV app needs to have a channel list and on based of the currently displayed channel (channel number) get from TvList.xml the internet link to the source to display it on TV. As there is no channel list this app does not have something to play for.Mido67 wrote:I don't have any channels stored on the TV to back them up into a .scm file because i m using only sat receiver.

Interesting observation.bartik wrote:heh today i lost root on my F and i found out that without root the autostart of your onlinetv app is correct without any grey screen on startup, when i rerooted my F the grey screen on startup was back again
so its something with the root
The problem with the dimming of the screen is definitely not the OnlineTV app.wluczykijwf wrote:Interesting observation.bartik wrote:heh today i lost root on my F and i found out that without root the autostart of your onlinetv app is correct without any grey screen on startup, when i rerooted my F the grey screen on startup was back again

I think it is a problem of system of TV, because if you start TV with SmartHUB ( without root and without OnlineTV) and simultaneously turn on the menu this the screen gets also gray.
Probably without patching will not solve this problem.
only idea i think of is too autostart your app in my tv through init.d with some scriptwluczykijwf wrote:The problem with the dimming of the screen is definitely not the OnlineTV app.wluczykijwf wrote:Interesting observation.bartik wrote:heh today i lost root on my F and i found out that without root the autostart of your onlinetv app is correct without any grey screen on startup, when i rerooted my F the grey screen on startup was back again

So too happens when the Social app works - or how a ticker app works.
This is a problem TV system. I do not know where to look for solutions.
Any idea?
I think the solution must be global. This does not solve the problem of dimming the image.bartik wrote:only idea i think of is too autostart your app in my tv through init.d with some script
i think maybe you can give me a hint for such a script
maybe not the whole dimming but it solves the dimming on the start of the tv...which is the most anoying for mewluczykijwf wrote:I think the solution must be global.
