can I change Smart Hub region on Tizen (J series) TV?

I want to buy 2015 TV Evolution Kit but I'm a Samsung TV user in the mainland of China, there is only one video app on Samsung TV in this area, If I want to use other video app I need change Smart Hub region . so like the title, There is any way to change Smart Hub region on Tizen (J series) TV?

You can change the region same way as you do on 2014 models. I tried it on my UE40JU6400 an it worked, got Netflix and everything.
