Try enter to TOP debug menu. Instruction on wiki. I guess, it should work (if there aren`t any partition deleted), because there is on Your debug log:

If get to serial console, You will be able revert back (i`m not sure if procedure reverting back is exact the same as described on wiki here - i recommend for You manual step-by step method - and compare what You get with instructions on wiki.)

From rows below it seems it is possible to select another partition.

Errors are not important in this log, we all get a lot of errors too.
Try enter bootloader with ~~ just after power-on TV (info: wiki)

Do you modified the firmware on windows?
In windows squashFS utility does not work as intended. TV complains about created packages.
You might needed to use Linux or Mac for the job...

Good to fix that.
I don't understand what is a soft sub? TV cannot show subs in the movie files, you needed to put srt files near the movie, like moviename.mkv near moviename.srt
