BD-F5700 Firmware downgrade

Looking for firmware downgrade for BD-F5700

Have set my router DNS to:
149.154.159.134 as instructed but system cannot contact the samygo upgrade server.

Setting DNS to:
46.4.199.222 and it can contact the samygo server but returns that the latest upgrade file is already installed.

I have version: BSP-F5700WWB-1021.1

I also have the same firmware version..were you able to downgrade?
