Firmware Locations

I'm sure this is covered somewhere but I cannot find it.

I have a UE55H8000. Samsung support site has 1 url for firmware (VERSION : 1270.3)

Is there an existing resource with firmware versions / downloads?

How are other people downgrading to 1230 etc?

The GFPDEUC_1240.3 is the last FW if you can OTN disable, 1260.3 is greyed!

Isn't OTN support already greyed in that one? If not I guess it's very latest...
