on Router not working on J Series.
How disable Updates on JS8090?

Your tv made an update although you've blacklisted that domains?

Yes. With H5510 works fine but with JS8090 not working.

I will explain H5510 is LOW model. As a result Samsung RARELY pushes (FORCED!!!) updates to low models. It was OFTEN like this that people who INcorrectly blocked updates had them on higher models nad NOT on LOWER models. Also IT IS CONFIRMED that blocking on router works for this model
