UE40ES6560 - tuner changed in service menu

Hello, I unintentionally changed type of tuner to DVBT2... on UE40ES6560 . TV is now in reboot loop. I logged messages during boot to text file.
Unfortunately there is only black screen.
Does anybody help how to correct that problem?

Thank You for tip. I did reset eeprom. TV is now running, but There are wrong data. I have no correct type. Do somebody know a link to list of TVs with appertaining type ? Thanks.

Needed values should be the same as ES6540 there:
