After downgrade to 0000.0 OTA and OTN = OFF WATCH DOG=OFF
Succesful reset from menu OTN=OFF OTA=GENERAL WATCH DOG = ON
Factory reset from service menu succesfull OTN=OFF OTA=GENERAL WATCH DOG=ON
In my case nothing GREY OUT in OTA since 2781.0

Upgrade to 2130.0 succesfull OTA OTN WATCH DOG=OFF
tv after upgrade one time rebot when i try to access contact samsung to see the version.

Skype Root 2130.0 succesfull tv crash as excpected about 6 -7 times. then working untill press Power

Donwngraded from 2790.2 to 0000.0 OTA and OTN = ON WATCH DOG=ON
Succesful reset from menu + 3 key OTN=OFF OTA=GENERAL WATCH DOG = OFF
Factory reset succesfull OTN=OFF OTA=GENERAL WATCH DOG=OFF
Upgraded to 2150.9 OTN=OFF OTA=GENERAL WATCH DOG=OFF
Rooted with skype metod and all is ok.

I delete resetinfo and edit resetInfoHistory to 0

Is it necessarily to do factory reset in service menu after downgrade and upgrade of firmware ???

Due to my own stupidity (don't ask why) I ended up with FW MST 2790. I can confirm this 0000 firmware did the job, I'm now back on 2130.
