This is too old technique and disabled on B series later. It's weird that works for C series.

Why downgrade? Everything works fine with latest firmware 3005.1 :geek:

Be careful! Having both Version.0 and Version.1 bricked my TV (also C6700)!
You have bricked TV because you created Version.0 (or .1 i don`t remember exactly) and you didn`t have any firmware on alternative partitions you switched to.
If TV was upgraded once, here are two firmwares on it and creating Version file does not brick it.
Anyway, i suggest you re-write existing Version file instead to create missing one.
