Most idioms are NOT translatable
You either find a X language version and use it as "translation" or NOT use idioms
Simply meaningless without local "meaning"

On my italian tv i did this:

In my case i've choose EU instead EU_ITALY and after factory reset all works fine. PVR and time shift are ok.
