ROOT on UE48H6400 questions

tv is connected on internet with wifi, and i use a LAN cable for FTP.

I dont know why she not rooted because i have fallow all steps without issues.

Told you, ask at the correct place and don't forget to provide requested logs. "Not works" not helps.

i can connect filezilla with tv, but not all time, i dont, know why, thank you for your help anyway
