I think, in that case just disable watchdog in service menu (of course be careful) and do what has e.g. @sectroyer in his under description (block FW update on router)

Actually I've disabled the Smart Hub app not to start automatically with the TV and it is working fine for me with internet connection. So if anyone wants to try ? disconnect your LAN cable or turn off your router if the TV is connected via WiFi > go to the settings and turn off the Smart Hub Auto start. This is my workaround until Samsung fix the issue.
