Does the server need to be up 24/7 or i create it, put the things, download them and shut it down?
My fault, didn't tried wireless keyboards, only wired. But sincerely i should go in a shop and retrieve 10 or 20 to be sure 100%

Server only needs to be up when you request syncing apps, doesn't matter otherwise, apps are installed on TV.

For info, once you're rooted you don't really need any server anymore, just copy (by FTP) any widget folder to /mtd_rwcommon/widgets/user (and reboot TV for it to appear in Smarthub)
