Did I block the fw update?

90% NOT blocked 10% you do NOT have latest fw ?:) Then it "might" be blocked

What a else could I do to prevent automatic updates?

No idea, don't know this router but looks it blocks by url and NOT by domain. You can disable internet for TV. Look there you have "blocking by mac"

I think you should change your question to IS IT possible AT ALL to block updates using ONLY urls. No idea. You will see but if updates are NOT blocked correctly root doesn't matter for you

No way known and even if there was "some way" you would be getting updates every day Very annoying

Ok thx for patience and all the information
I have no other option but wait for the root solution to be done for my fw 1321.
The only problem is now to find out the way to block the updates since I have this router with only option to block urls
I found this https://youtu.be/yiLATDM6JJ4 tutorial on youtube how to block certain sites without router but I need some updater since I have dynamic ip adress that changes once in 24 hours and cant install the updater in my tv

You will NOT block updates "on tv"
You can try changing tv's DNS server and using this: https://www.opendns.com/home-internet-security/
