I also have an wl500g, and the same thing happens. I've tried it with FAT format, and I can ls the directory, and delete files. But I can't read them or write them. I think it must not be the file system, just that when you mount the wl500g samba share on the TV it does this. When I mount the wl500g samba share on my laptop it works ok. Also, when I mount a samba share from my laptop onto the TV, it works ok too. Just not for shares on wl500g mounted on TV.tqma1 wrote: so the drive is mounted now, but the second problem is still alive...

when i connect me by putty to the tv i can see al the files and also delete files but not copy the files ...
i tried also the connection to the nfs server - no succes
