This fw WAS released a month ago, they just didn't update link on website. Probably it was first pushed by OTN but still it IS on website for a month I think they do it to not put huge load on their update servers with OTN and "regular users" updating at same time. First the schedule OTN updates, one week US, second week Asia, third week EU or something like that. After a month they put it for everybody, anyway it's not so important but you get the idea

Maybe you are right but I didn't see anyone yet with 1380.1 or 2010.3 firmware. Let me know if it's different.

If you would know how many people don't have an idea what fw they have you wouldn't be surprised. You got your update also via OTN? Also my explanation was oversimplified just to make a point. Actual algorithm for who gets and who doesn't get OTN is much more complex/random. Also I don't think they are working on 2010.3 fw for R series. I think first (from experience) there will 14xx or 15xx but maybe I am wrong

What improvements has this firmware. The famous eARC? Or as usual nothing.

As I said in my first message 2010.3 firmware is for 2020 TV lineup. Q60T, Q70T...

Wasn't this bug introduced by some fw update? I got rid of all bugs by DOWNgrading to lowest possible fw version

What is eARC btw? It's ARC you use only once?

I only succeed with "Jurrasic way" finding links
One or two url link I got them from user manual link. Changing UM and FM and last name to zip file.

People think they will have this feature as Samsung promise with future updates it will be done from 2019
