You need to create samygo.sh file by yourself to have telnet.
If you interested, you can make exlink cable and have it for emergency repair situation, because you started diving deeper.
I do not know if here is setting to disable OTA, but who knows. Maybe you need to dissable it on firmware upgrade screen where is something like "online mode" or else, you can set time there. Set it to disable.

I think you chould check:

Menu -> Help -> Software upgrade -> Standby mode upgrade -> off

If it dissables OTA i do not know, but i`m sure that TV does no more silent upgrades while on stand by...

Hi, here is some issue on latest version. It wont work on CI devices properly. Until i fix it, please use version 0.5.9.
