Show me the first screen of Service Menu (standby-info-menu-mute-power) here is true firmware showed.
I don`t know what do you do on your TV and what steps you follow, but you`re on postFEB T-CHL7DEUC-3001.1 firmware.
You don`t need to combine anything. You have to use FFB 0.5.9 only once.
