yes i cross tx and rx and i get the command that i send on consolle so this i think means that it works right?

Do the commands work?
Seeing a command in serial box.like puty doesnt mean it works, try without the cable and see if you see the commands as wel
And if it does work please share the sollution

Take PL2303 cheap adapters from ebay. cp2102 will not work. Also don't need any max232 ...
Only one gnd is needed.

Swap tx and rx. Sometimes it helps
BTW, rs232 must be set to debug in service menu, else you don't get any character even on working cable ...

This means - your connection parameters are wrong. Either speed, or flow control or smth other...
