Well, thanks I've ordered it in authorized samy service here in Wroclaw (Poland). You can check on samsung's web site, if there are similar services in your area.

Hmm i agree but on B679 i have even more problems with that. With B650 each and every recorded file was playable - some with no sound, but video was always correct. Now, the player displays "Data not supported" and starts (or try) to play next item. It's strange, but some recordings are playable and some not - even if there are recorded from the same multiplex and they looks pretty similar :/

I can confirm, that every digital type of media comming from tuner can be recorded.
- DVB-T
- DVB-C
- DVB-S/S2

I wish have a DIY guide for upgrading TV MB from B*50 to B*79.
Putting it to Hackaday or instructibles like sites will increase SamyGO awareness also.

That was extremaly easy. The hardest part was to figure out the part number of the new mainboard. I was lucky, becouse someone gave me this number. In my case it was BN94-02626W ASSY PCB MAIN-AAH:LE40B679T2SXZG SAMSUNG. As you can see, it's for 40 inch display.
I can make a little howto with pictures if someone needs it.
