I tried to do the update manually, but it does not take into account the new transponder added!!!

I have a 64" plasma e8000.
What has led me here is the desire to fix an element of Anynet+

What i would love to be able to do is have the TV turn my AMP ON. It turns it OFF without a problem, but i think Samsung put a restriction on their tv turning devices on.
THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!

Hello guys... I'm trying to do something hi-tech in my house, than I wanna control my UN40EH5300 form my PC (LAN).
I'm programmer, but I use LabVIEW to develop programs. I found some articles talking about that, but I can't do this yet because it's always in some other language that I unable understanding.
I know that I need to allow TV to receive LAN commands. I can do it through my phone (Android) by SamyGO Remote (wifi). But I really wanna do it from my PC, and not from my smartphone. Can anybody help me to discover the "protocol" to doing that or how can I make this work?
