Yes, this is bad. Seems you have to search for new mainboard. Here is no time to unlock console because exeDSP doesn`t start at all.

Ask on your local service if they able to get mainboard for you or you can check ebay or http://euroservice2000.abc24.pl.

Those boards are CI. It will work on your TV, but if you need CI+ service, you have to buy CI+ one. (T2P/T3P/T4P and so on..)

if i decide to buy new main board....i have a L32 model and all pcb that us send me are for bigger screen. can i put this PCB in my TV? This shop send the products around Europe?

juuso, i have found a exactly same main board, same model for my TV. Its 88? at home. Do u think that change mainboard will solve my problem?

Yes, if new mainboard is working, then you get tv repaired just by swaping it. You can do this at home.
