I changed the TOOLS support value to 59...still the same low quality menu showing up?

I think i'm almost out of ideas...

Of you change the model back, is the menu quality ok?
What about factory reset?

I've changed the model back and the menu stays the same. I have also performed a factory reset and a EEPROM reset with no luck
