I've done SamygoPVR v0.8

Changes:
- fix writing to haneWin NFS server (rewrite bugged exeDSP's spI_Stream_Record())
- config: replace HDMI1 with DEFAULT_SOURCE (see pvr.ini)
- config: add EXEDSP_LOG: enable internal exeDSP logging
- new SamygoPVR logo (thanks to moras86)
- reduce sizes of PNGs (thanks to moras86)
- code cleanup

- fix FAV.CH button behaviour

sirjohn771103, locking and unlocking are ok for me. Please show your logs if something wrong for you.

Confirm: It works with NFS shares fluently. Dont forget chmod files to 755
