Sorry, I didn't mention it was Samsung. Yeah I've been through there "support" line multiple times. Incredibly frustrating customer service. At least I have a ticket number open with them now. Contacting Sony (Pioneer in my case) would not be of any use either as the receiver is not the issue.

I have 30 ticket numbers open ;) Don't expect ANY help :)
I do NOT support "latest fw" at ALL. If you have one you should block updates on router and wait for it to STOP being "latest":)

If you want root DISABLE internet access to your device!!!!
