it is permanent root. you have to patch on each start of the TV. That's why I prepared the autostart script in the second post.

Works fine on ES series.
This makes me worth to keep the TV and not to switch to other brands like Sony, Panasonic.
Thanks to developer for bringing such a great improvement for our TV sets.
