The wiki should be a start
It is used for many things and not only downloading patches. Some of my C patches are based on B info found on wiki
Extensions pack will be always outdated so we should use wiki as patches list/repository

Another questions is...how far is oscam from C series? Any possibilities? Have you dig in that way?

Haven't even started. ATM oscam is out of my league. Moreover on some platforms (we don't know which) it may be even impossible to port oscam

I didn't quite understand the start
./moviedelpatch [-p PID | -n procname] -d (debug on)
which PID? exeDSP PID? which procname? moviedelpatch procname?
could you please point what is exact start up I want to try with -o option.
I do it like that (nothing hapens - delete movie options appearing)
$SYSROOT/opt/privateer/usr/so/moviedelpatch -n exeDSP -d -o &

"Generally" (in most cases) IIRC it's just "/dtv/usb/sd*/SamyGO"
that's how rooting works on C
