samsung has developing servers where they test unstable stuff. Here is option in service menu where you can switch tv to listen to developing server instead of regular one. No doubts, firmware 9999 is from samsung.

It's available in Europe (I live in the Netherlands) for sure if you set the tv to OTN server type development in the service menu.

Hi.I am from Romania and and a have 40F8000 with firmware version 9999.0 Everything is normal on my tv.I wish to downgrade to little version of firmware.its posible ?
