You have to use 'rt' chipset to make it compatible with TV.
I think RT3572 is ok with this tv. Or rt2800 could work too but it's preN device...
Try your dongle at your linux on PC and see it's chip...
I think there is a list on internet which dongles has rt chipset with 208.11n support. You cannot make it work any other chipset on Samsung TV (you needed to drivers that compiled for your TV kernel and dongle.)

You needed to install WiFi Hack extension to TV too make it to recognize your WiFi dongle. But first you needed to identify your dongles chipset and to be sure it's Ralink chipset... If it's not raling, I think you can find cheap 802.11n dongles that has rt chipset in it like edimax ones. Please search on web for chipset brand-modal.

It's bad to keep every connection on WiFi. If you use WiFi for your computer too, than router needed to handle x2 active connection same time and this will trigger the problems and also create bottleneck, latency... MIMO interface might cure this a bit...

So search for rt2800 or newer chipset dongle for your TV. Also there might some problems on compiling rt3572 driver. Arris69 has good knowledge about those dongles and drivers.

This model should work on your TV as is, it based on the same chip as samsungs stick. If it does not work, then you have to replace patched modules.
