You can use rusamsungtvcommunicator if you have a ethernet cable and the tv has ethernet port no need for internet connection .
You can also use one old Nokia symbian phone.

Solved !!!!

I used a galaxy note 4.
I think the problem is Hotel Mode ON.

Changing from ON to OFF the TV has taken the proper functioning.
