I am no expert, but when I enter the service menu via info-menu-mute-power on the normal remote, then the advanced paramter doesn't appear. When I enter it via service-remote it appears.

Anyway check all places where OTN can appear
Check EVEN places from different series

Ok. Now I checked it via option-mrtoption and I can see that the otn is greyed out.

I heard on other boards that 1126 is available. What do you guys think. Try it and look if I can disable OTN again, or wait?

Only risk is to loose root afterwards on fw update, because you couldn't disable OTN...
