Just open Telnet client and type full command line manually.

Question, does the samyGOso file have to be in the SamyGO_data folder of the rooting usb?

But... you're totally wrong in command line !!
Can't you just type example from 1st post?

samyGOso -d -T -B -l /mnt/opt/privateer/usr/libso/libFactory.so
means commandline can take 1 to N optional args, not that you should paste it in console
Just in case still no luck:

/mnt/opt/privateer/usr/bin/samyGOso -d -T -B -l /mnt/opt/privateer/usr/libso/libFactory.so
That's LIB you have to inject with samyGOso, not samyGOso itself.
ps: No, samyGOso doesn't have to be on USB, except in very particular downgrade case...

This is an awesome module, what I have been trying to achieve for a long.....long time. Absolutely brilliant zoelechat, I see that you have been busy with all sorts of other useful stuff...I think that you have hit the mother load here.

Yep saw that, funny /mnt/opt/privateer/usr/bin is not in path, I think if you begin your Telnet session with:
path to samyGOso shouldn't be necessary anymore then.
You must have an old SamyGO-E version, best way would be to update your 128mb.xfs with version linked here:
viewtopic.php?f=63&t=7982
Telnet is fixed inside it. Don't forget to backup your custom startup scripts, libs and so on in such case. Anyway, quite offtopic here...
