You probably blocked by string ("block url containing" or something like that), blocking by ip is ALSO bad idea. You can only block by ports or by dns. NO OTHER WAY.

Now it Works. I power off the tv and then connect router to tv.

so I updated that morning !!! I saw it! Lock on the router address did not help !!! I tried to find the new firmware but I wrote that there is none! and once blocked ip addresses, TV ceased to live with an Internet

HOW did you block on router. Just check my previous post. If you don't provide more info we cannot help you

Why blocking by ip is bad idea ?
block by dns - it is understandable..
"..block by ports.." - How ?

On my openwrt router i added an iptables rule to intercept all dns traffic.
So if i use 8.8.8.8 on tv router intercept dns calls and however use the dnamasq rules. You should see on the other topic.

Why is it written? What do you mean by that ?
For domain names blocking use /etc/hosts on OpenWRT (0.0.0.0
www.samsungotn.net), and restart dnsmasq (/etc/init.d/dnsmasq restart)
