samyGOso found in 3 Folders: /mnt/opt/privateer/usr/bin, /mtd_rwcommon, /mtd_rwarea. All 3 had +x but the 2 in rw were smaller than the 3rd one. So I replaced the 2 in rw with the 3rd in /mnt... I also checked the .key-files, None existing in CONTENTS. Also check if you don't have empty (0 bytes) .key's in CONTENTS folder. If so, delete them all.
I had a new USB stick formated in the TV and then recorded a short broadcast on it, could be decrypted without Problems. I then copied the files for the latest recording from the fat USB disc (500+ recordings) to this new stick, from there it could also be decrypted without Problems in the PVR Decoder.
Therefore I still think that the dumpkey runs into a timeout somewhere.

It has nothing to do with the fact that all recordings not working seem to be added at the end of the existing harddisc, that the harddisc is too fat or that there is any latency in the Hardware / Network. The solution why the keys are not extracted anymore starting from end-of-march is much more simple. See Spoiler below for the solution.
