I make a summary of the situation

TV model UE46ES7000 firmware 2005 version

SSH = work
TELNET = work
NFS = work
SAMBA= NOT work
PHPFILES=work


They are on hand to test.

/bin/sh: can't access tty; job control turned off

Did you set the Samba Server correctly?
Those are the key files - go via FTP (FileZilla works great)
/mnt/etc/samba/smb.conf
/mnt/etc/init.d/04_04_samba.init

Move them to PC, Edit them with Notepad, and back again via FTP in thier specific folders on TV
I set then the correct right via telnet (if they changed) - Dont know if this is nessesarry but I did it...
eg: chmod 777 /mnt/etc/init.d/04_04_samba.init

i don?t wont SAMBA i need NFS.
I have renamed the 04_04_samba.init in 04_04_samba.init.dis
The mount is correct and i can go to the folders of my nfs server from the tv per filezilla
but i don`t see any folders in AllShare Play.

But the way - Finally SamyGO worked for me!
telnet OK
SAMBA OK (after setting up above mentioned files)
FTP OK

Made this on a bit strange way:
A good friend of mine has the same TV. He bougth it earlier than me.
As he is not such an TV manaic as me ("Just watching TV" ) I asked him if we could change our Mainboards
After some art of persuasion he said yes. The hardware changing stuff was not the problem for me! Much easier than builing an own PC.
Now I have FW 2003.4 and he has 2006 Gave him some bucks to say thank you! He's happy (to have his TV FW up-to-date), I'am (very) happy (to have SamyGO)

Finally works on
UE40ES7000 (made to UE40ES8000 viewtopic.php?f=51&t=5597)

sorry - didn't notice that in the thread...

Same here with my ES8000.

I still can't mount samba. But minindlna with samsung tv patch works greate on my NAS - Dlink DNS-323 (thanks to @greenhorn)
