Yeah and now or on previous screen you should change the country

 I don't remember

Anyway if they block by ip changing region in service menu won't help

Maybe you're good in other fields of knowledge, but in this thread your answers are worth 0. Starting from E series changing the local_set value to correct region allows to use smart hub

Ehh your "answers" to my question also don't help

Changing locale set changes DEFAULT Smart Hub country but there is (described on wiki) easy way of changing Smart Hub Country to ANY country

Not even once did you say whether you even tried it

Maybe my english is not so pure to explain what i need. But first question was:
Can anybody help with next issue: problem with 4K models *HU6900, *HU7200, *HU7500. In service menu MRT options regional settings are blocked (Language_arabic and Region) is there any way to change them?
my next answers were:
Don't be so sure in your opinion. When local_set is EU and you are located in CIS zone, even connection to samsung servers is refused. And I can not choose another region of smart hub, and menu language also depends on local_set value
and
Of course i've read all wiki about this issue
then I put example image to prove:
in that step when Terms&Conditions are displayed you can use >>289<< to change hub region, but instead you can see picture above. Problem only with 4K models *HU6900, *HU7200, *HU7500.
And all your answers looks like:
blah...blah...blah...i don't know what to do, but instantly turn off OTN

Yeah because with every update Samsung blocks how much you can change your TV (including options in SM). I don't know with which firmware update did you get Locale_set locked but IF there is a way to still change it might require rooting and OTN Support set to ON = No root for you

Hehehe one think I definitely KNOW what you can do is to patch firmware so it will ignore "incorrect" locale set and allow you to choose any smart hub country but to achieve that you have to root TV and to do that you need to:
... instantly turn off OTN

Not sure this key sequence is still valid on H (and F), did you try that instead?

This key sequence (>>289<<) is still valid on H (and F) when you use regular remote. With smart remote you can use MUTE_RETURN_VOL+_CH^_MUTE. I've tried both of them.

IIRC 289 didn't work for for me and I used MUTE_RETURN_VOL+_CH^_MUTE on regular (not smart) remote
