You are still using LAN connection? Please setup SamyGO_Data directory on some other USB reboot TV and see if it helps... In on of previous posts there is also version for putting samygo.log on USB. Try this one also

I have uploaded SamyGO_data_Debug.zip to first post. In case of problems you might try this one. Unpack as normal SamyGO_data. It will create sam.log file on USB :)

Benutzer (192.168.178.25:(none)):

Than you did something wrong :) Previously you had ONLY /mnt/rcSGO and txt files appeared :) You have to get back to that :)

Back again.

Unfortunately no progress.
Yes, my firmware is / was 1005, for that I thought also this
could be the problem. Now I have to update to 2104.2 because
my smarthub was completely disabled from the previous actions.

Maybe it work then, I will tell.

btw, I think it could be helpfull to explain what is really
going on when try to root the device instead of looking to
a screen without any clear information.

Do a factory reset but DON'T update anything !!! Use Debug SamyGO_Data and check if you have log :)

Do you have 1 or 3 red "NOs"? If three Debug won't help. You need to change usb and try with LAN connection :) If you get ONLY one RED NO it means you should try Debug :)
