I have ordered online this Samsung Smart TV UHD 4K 43 "UE43KU6072 television
TV is destined for Eastern Europe and I need to change the local set, since I'm Italian. How can this be done for this model?

1. Enter to service menu by one of available for you methods ( https://wiki.samygo.tv/index.php?title= ... mple_steps )
2. Navigate to Control->subOption
3. Change Region to Paneuro
Warning: take picture of service menu before to change anything!

After changing to PANEURO I have to format it?
Language options are not blocked true? And in the menu, can I enter the usual info, menu, mute and power method?

I do not think something will change in GUI.

For 2016 TVs (KU6000 series // BN59-01247A remote) there's no "Menu" button, so the new sequence is: Info => Settings => Mute => Power

I personaly do not know what options are there for Region, but yes, if you will find EU_IT i guess this would be also good choice.

In SubOption from the video I do not see the possibility of changing the region, sorry for ignorance

Local set is already set to EU. You do not need to bother about that anymore.
