After the update of the firmware there was one time the root works correct and I got access on my NAS over a virtual USB.

But after a reboot the root doesn't work anymore.

Well this proves it was stupid to update :) Now you have to wait until somebody finds a way to make it work :)

P.S. Maybe factory reset will help :)

I also tried several factory resets.
After the firmware update everytime i take care of the OTN Support option but it's always "Off"

On rooting log i got everytime the OK behind "Existing '/mtd_rwcommon/SamyGo/rcSGO' but the script doesn't start. So i will not get the OK for '/dtv/SamyGo_OK' isn't it?

If you're lucky, you could get *minimal* root (=ftp/telnet but no extensions) using this. Except that, evokits are simply unsupported by SamyGO.

Hi rmaas56,

in my opinion it's not necessary for the rooting procedure that the PC is connected to LAN.
But to get access to the scripts you want to change you have to use a telnet software to connect to your TV.

Nope you first get /dtv/SamyGo_OK and IF it works you might get other stuff :)
